We regret any inconvenience you might have experienced and remain
steadfastly devoted to your satisfaction. Following a couple of
simple guidelines will provide necessary information to help evaluate
the extent of your loss.
At the time of delivery, and before the van operator has departed,
take a moment and review with him any condition exceptions to your
possessions and note them on the descriptive inventory. If you identify
any missing item(s) note them in the same manner.
While you have up to nine months from the time of delivery to file
a claim in writing, acting quickly will help better coordinate information
and promote rapid post-delivery repair services or other settlement
activities.
