CLAIMS
Our
objective is a timely consistent transportation service with no
loss or damage. Thank you for selecting McCollister's
and providing us the opportunity to demonstrate our service commitment.
We regret any inconvenience you might have experienced and remain
committed to your satisfaction. Following a couple of simple guidelines
will provide necessary information to help evaluate the extent of
your loss.
At the time of delivery take a moment and note on the freight bill
any obvious condition exceptions. After you have counted the items
in your shipment and inspected them, note any discrepancy on the
freight bill.
While you have up to nine months from the time of delivery to file
a claim in writing, acting quickly will help better coordinate information
and promote rapid settlement activities.
