McCollister's Fine Art Division provides controlled handling and transportation services for museums, galleries, auction houses, collectors and exposition services domestically and internationally. Services are coordinated to provide a versatile yet highly customized and appropriate set of packing, storage, transport, collection and delivery solutions.

Art handling activities include:

• Manage transportation, climate-controlled short and long-term storage, loading and delivery services
• Schedule appropriate air-ride van transport including over-size vans and climate vans to safely control temperature and humidity
• Exclusive van use
• Vans sized to the shipment
• Lift-gate vans when not dock accessible
• Security planning and compliance
• Two-way van communication
• Shipment track and trace and GPS throughout
• Complete and accurate documentation throughout the transport process
• Planning and coordinating multi-venue art work and collections on tour
• Local and regional art shuttles
• National Express and International art transport
• Responsibility for safety, road and parking permits, material handling equipment, certified labor
• Scheduling and coordination of courier and escort services
• Safe loading and handling of works of art and related materials
• Supervise as required insuring standards and procedures are followed by service staff, contractors and any other third party
• Conduct training as required
