Military Relocation FAQs
Does the military pay for relocation?
The simple answer is “yes” however, you would need to get your official orders from your assigned Military Base.
How quickly can I schedule and complete a military relocation?
This would depend on where you’re coming from and where you’re going, and the size of your move. Domestic moves can typically be completed within a couple of weeks where international moves can take a couple of months. Transit time is determined by the size of your shipment and the distance you’ll be traveling.
What is included in standard military relocation services?
Typically the Military approves full packing, full unpacking, transportation, full value protection, assembly & disassembly of standard items such as beds, final placement of the items in your new home and debris removal.
Will I get assigned to a knowledgeable relocation coordinator at the moving company?
Yes, our staff is trained and understands the Military rules and regulations. You will receive a counseling session with our relocation team prior to the start of your move.
