Operations Manager Ricky Lane has also been crucial to the McCollister’s Manassas branch, supporting Neely since 2016. Known as Darryl’s right-hand man, Ricky has extensive experience and has been a great leader of crews servicing customers in the field. He initially worked in the warehouse and then transitioned to a role in local operations. Ricky has mastered the business’s operations side, drawing from his warehouse experience to ensure continuity in meeting the needs of our customers and service teams.
